Fitnessstudio Clever Fit Ahaus

Bad gym but unfortunately not much other choice in Ahaus. Devices don't work at all. E-gym only causes problems, and that is precisely why I went to Clever fit. Every week the treadmill/step etc does not work and I have to reset my entire account and the device has to be turned on again. This means that I can only finally start exercising after 15 minutes, so of course I don't feel like it anymore. Then 2 days later the E-gym equipment does not work with the bracelet, I apparently do not have a current subscription and everything has to be reset. (While I pay €45 per month for this but can hardly use it) The staff is not helpful at all, I have brought this problem to them several times and every time I want to exercise again and it doesn't work I see them sighing. when I come to the counter to ask for help again. I have never seen or heard a good explanation or tips regarding posture or even anyone when exercising. Except for the older woman, she pointed out my attitude once, which was very helpful, but the younger employees are more there to chat with their friends than to help customers. Massage couch was also broken for months (you pay extra for this) and no compensation was given at all and asked about it several times. Then the showers, terrible. A small trickle of water comes out of 2 of the 3 and the 3rd only produces ice-cold water. Also in the evening there is little refilling, paper often runs out or the spray is empty. All in all, not a good gym and not helpful/friendly staff.
